What Are Positive Affirmations?
Have you ever repeated positive statements to yourself to develop a sense of comfort, confidence, or tranquility? If you answered yes, then generally speaking you’re utilizing positive statements also known as, positive affirmations to ultimately bring you a sense of comfort and ground yourself in who you are destined to be.
Because our subconscious mind has been exposed and conditioned to think pessimistically about how we view ourselves, our future, and relationships positive affirmations swoop in to reprogram our minds to think highly of ourselves. These statements are so powerful that they encourage, empower, and affirm how we as human beings operate within the world.
From this, positive affirmations also assist in the process of manifesting by reassuring us that we are enough to attract whatever it is we desire. At the simplest level, these special statements are cultivated to remind us of our divine energies, gifts, and talents in hopes of providing additional inspiration for raising our vibration.
