How To Vibrate Higher

1. Drink water. Start your day off by drinking one cup of water to flush out any low-vibing toxins from the previous day.

2. Laugh. Watch, read, or listen to something everyday that makes you laugh. Laughter accelerates your frequency.  

3. Eat more raw, organic, plant-based foods. Cooked foods & animal products weigh us down and subsequently keep our vibrations low. 

4. Practice mindfulness. Become conscious of your surroundings, thoughts, and actions. This ensures that we stay in the present, which is where our power and energy originate from.

5. Love. Keep your heart open to giving and receiving love (it is one of the highest vibrations).
