“Fake it ’til you make it” is a statement that is often given a
bad connotation, pushing the narrative that it’s bad to
master a skill by simply acting like you can already do it.
We are here to tell you that this is not a bad thing, in fact we
encourage you to “fake” your way through to success.
Here are two manifestation techniques involving this particular method:
1. Create “fake” conversations
about you.

Visualize yourself overhearing people talking and
commenting positively about you and your success. This
programs your brain to believe you have already
received/achieved your desire.
Example:
Envision overhearing:
“She looks so happy”,
“She has come a long way, her story is so inspiring”,
or even,
“I used to go to school with her, I always knew she’d be successful”.
In addition, you can take it a step further by physically
writing out make-believe messages from your friends saying
“OMG I saw you on TV”
or,
“You looked beautiful last night, congrats again on your engagement”.
2. Create “fake” memories.

This is a process where you place yourself in your desired
position by making your current situation a memory (in
past tense).
Example:
If you want to manifest a job, you can say;
“I remember when I was unemployed”,
as you imagine yourself with your desired job.
Or if you want to manifest your dream home: Create the
feeling of yourself living there, as you say
“I remember the days when I was living in [current home] and only dreamt of this place!”
