Manifestation practices don’t always have to be elaborate,
time-consuming, or well thought-out. As we mention time
and time again, there is no on/off button for manifesting. We
are constantly in manifestation mode, so it’s important to
ensure that we have basic daily rituals to keep us in the right
vibration. So let’s continue attracting our desires by doing
these simple, everyday things.
1. Practice Affirmations
Affirmations are our mental vitamins, providing the supplementary positive thoughts we need to balance the barrage of negative events and thoughts we experience daily.

You can do them as soon as you wake up, or even before
bed. Affirmations give your vibrational frequency a
jumpstart every time you say them by increasing your
mood, motivation, and energy. They also give your
subconscious mind a boost by feeding it statements over and
over again that you will not only believe to be true, but see it
come true.
2. See The Bright Side Of
Everything
Positive thinking is powerful thinking. If you want happiness, fulfillment, success and inner peace, start thinking you have the power to achieve those things. Focus on the bright side of life and expect positive results.

situation. Like a true alchemist, you should be able to
transform a negative scenario into a more favourable one

3. Express Gratitude In Advance

Just as you practice being grateful for what you do have,
express gratitude for what you desire. Put yourself into the
state of being that has received your desire, and feel genuine
thankfulness for it. It is best to keep a gratitude journal and
write out in keen detail how you feel with your dream come
true. For example, if you want to manifest a vacation
abroad, write (and feel):
“I am sitting on the beach and having the best time. I feel so relaxed and like a kid again, because I am literally relaxing, playing, and eating all day!”
