“Screenshot” Your Happy Moments

Take note of the positive emotions you feel by “recording”

them.

Whenever you experience a wave of positive emotion, write

down what you were doing, where you were, who you were

with, etc.

These emotions are a good indication of the vibration you

need to be in to manifest. Because remember: Positive

emotions emit high vibrations, which equals the perfect

environment for manifestation.

Doing this helps you get to these desired emotions faster and

more effectively, because you would have recorded

knowledge of what and who makes you feel good, as well as

where you feel happiest.

This practice also reprograms your subconscious mind to

actively seek out (and be comfortable with) things that raise

your vibration, rather than being used to engaging in low-

vibrating activities.

Here’s How:

1. Record What You Were Doing

Were you working out, listening to music, dancing,

gardening, cooking, etc?

Write down (on your phone or notepad) the exact activity

you were engaging in that gave you a positive feeling.

2. Record Where You Were

Were you at home? At the park? At your favourite café?

Knowing where you were when you felt that wave of good

energy is important, because in the future you’ll know

where to go in order to recreate that feeling.

3. Record Who You Were With

Were you with your partner? Best friend? Family?

Write down who either,

1) Who made you feel good, or

2) Who you were with when you felt good.

This helps you narrow-down the people with positive energy

you should surround yourself with. They will reinforce your

joy and help you keep your vibration high.
